Who has time to go to a gym, change clothes and work out properly these days? I find there’s too much else that needs doing for that, but I still want to stay in the best shape I can.

Yes, of course you need a good, balanced diet as well, so I’m not saying this will magically fix everything if you don’t have that. But this workout I do requires next to zero time and equipment (all you need is a floor support post), so I thought I’d share it with you, if it’s of any use. I try to do this once or twice a day.  

Lol, it might feel like it’s longer than a minute and 10 seconds — literally 70 seconds — as you’ll see in the video below. I even say it felt like “two-and-a-half, three minutes,” but I timed it with a stopwatch and no, it’s just one minute, 10 seconds.
